By accessing, browsing, or using the HeyDr website and AI Receptionist service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not access or use the Service.
HeyDr provides an AI-powered automated receptionist capable of answering phone calls, responding to patient queries, processing voice input, and booking or managing appointments directly within your practice management systems (such as GoHighLevel). You acknowledge that our service relies on complex third-party platforms (e.g., ElevenLabs, Telnyx, OpenAI). While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.
A. Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account.
B. Payments: By initiating a free trial or starting a paid subscription, you agree to our recurring billing terms via Stripe. Charges are based on the number of interconnected calendars or seats (“Licenses”) you elect to provision.
C. Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse the Service or assist anyone else in doing so. This includes any actions that impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or attempt to bypass any security features.
HeyDr is a communications and scheduling tool, not a medical provider. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You, as the clinical provider, are solely responsible for ensuring that your patients receive appropriate and timely medical care.
You agree to carefully review the configurations, system prompts, and custom knowledge base injected into your AI agent to ensure it routes emergencies properly and does not disseminate incorrect medical information.
You represent and warrant that you will strictly comply with all HIPAA regulations when deploying the Service to patients. In connection to providing this Service, HeyDr may enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with your practice, which will govern our handling of any Protected Health Information (PHI) created, received, maintained, or transmitted by the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall HeyDr be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
HeyDr reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. We will notify you of significant changes via the email associated with your account.
